If you are unable to bid online using option 1 or 2 you can register for a PHONE/ABSENTEE BID through TRINITY You can submit your bids by completing our Absentee/phone bid form by downloading the PDF version and submit it to us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We ask that you kindly submit your form at least 3 days before the auction. IMPORTANT We have limited phone lines and requests will be confirmed by phone or email. Please carefully review your form for accuracy of lot numbers, phone numbers, shipping information, etc. By submitting the bidding form, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Please inquire about the condition of lots prior to placing a bid. We kindly request all condition report requests be submitted at least 48 hours before the auction. EMAIL US at email@example.com.
A condition report is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Trinity holds no responsibility for any error or omission. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and the effects of normal aging. All items are sold as-is.
A buyer’s premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot, to be paid by the buyer as part of the purchase price. The buyer’s premium is 25 percent of the final bid.
When applicable, state and local sales taxes will be added to the hammer price and buyer’s premium. To submit your sales tax exemption or resale number with us, please email EMAIl US at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 860-798-5501.
